1. Parties

This Tudor Watch Sale Acknowledgement ("Acknowledgement") is entered into on May 01, 2025 by and between:

4. Purchase Price:

The Buyer agrees to purchase the watch from the Seller for the total amount of PHP 178,000.00 (One Hundred and Seventy Eight Thousand pesos only.)

5. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made in full at the time of the sale.

6. Authenticity Guarantee & Return Policy

The Seller guarantees that the watch described in this Acknowledgement is 100% genuine and authentic. If, within 30 days from the date of purchase, the Buyer obtains written verification from a recognized watch authentication expert that the watch is not authentic, the Buyer has the right to return the watch to the Seller for a full refund.
  1. Provide written proof of authentication from a recognized expert or authorized service center.
  2. Return the watch in the same condition as received (NO SCRATCHES AND DENTS), with all original packaging and accessories.
Upon verification of the watch’s inauthenticity, the Seller shall issue a full refund to the Buyer within 5 business days.

7. Representations & Warranties

The Seller represents and warrants that:
  • They are the legal owner of the watch and have the right to sell it.
  • The watch is free from any liens, claims, or encumbrances.
  • The information provided about the watch is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
The Buyer acknowledges that:
  • They have inspected the watch and are satisfied with its condition.
  • They are purchasing the watch “as-is,” except for the authenticity guarantee outlined in Section 5.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Acknowledgement shall be resolved through:
  • Negotiation and mediation
  • Arbitration

9. Entire Acknowledgement

This Acknowledgement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
This Acknowledgement shall be binding upon the parties indicated below:
